Management Team

Paula Plucińska

Has more than fifteen years of experience in management, business development, strategic consulting processes, organizing debt financing processes, capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. She has gained experience in cooperation with leading Polish and international entities operating on the Polish market. For the past years she has been appointed to management boards of companies linked by capital with EVIP as well as to management boards of our SPVs, where she manages the operations of these entities on a daily basis.

She earned her higher education in the field of international business and finance at the George Washington University in Washington D.C. in the United States. Additionally, she completed post graduate studies in management and finance at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Filip Pluciński

Has over fifteen years of experience in strategic consulting processes, organizing debt financing processes, capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring and its financing as well as real estate and development projects. He gained consulting / advisory experience while conducting projects for international companies, state-owned companies, Polish companies and while working in an international investment bank.

He played a key role in the finalization of one of the largest real estate transactions in Poland while holding the position of board member in the company that co-owned real estate property once owned by the then privatized Gdańsk Shipyard.

He obtained higher education in the field of business and finance at the European Business School London in London and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Adam Świtalski

He has over fifteen years of business and managerial experienced gained while working in international structures of global, European and Polish companies. He held the position of Partner in 2 law and business offices. He was the Strategy Director of the OT Logistics Group. He has worked for Polish and international investment funds. As an auditor and strategic advisor associated with Ernst & Young, MDDP and ITSG, he supervised many consulting, financial, legal and IT projects for energy companies, banks and state-owned companies.

He coordinated a successful bond issue project on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He contributed to the double victory of his client in the privatization process of Polish ports. As part of his activities at the law offices he optimized several hundred thousand square meters of office, commercial, warehouse and industrial space throughout Poland. He is active in the residential and commercial real estate market.

He completed his higher education gaining the tittle of Master of Engineer from the University of Technology in Łódz. He was also educated in the field of business and finance at Chambéry Business School in France.

Adam Pietkiewicz

Has over fifteen years of experience in managing consulting projects for financial institutions. His international experience gained in working for Clients from over 20 countries, focuses on support in the field of strategic consulting, defining of target business and operational models with a particular focus on digital solutions. Additionally, he provides support in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He gained his experience working in international banks, including Citibank, BNP Paribas as well as working in consulting for Deloitte.

He was educated in the field of business and finance as well as quantitative methods at the Warsaw School of Economics.
